Position Accountabilities and Essential Functions
The successful candidate must demonstrate experience, skills, and commitment to fostering an environment of belonging, diversity, equity and inclusion in student, faculty and staff.
Delta College is seeking instructors committed to the college's philosophy that education serves the greater good by providing students access to a better life. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide clinical and or didactic instruction in the Dental Assisting program. Maintain accurate student records. Assist program director with curriculum assessment and development. Some courses may require assigning and supervising student experiences in local dental offices.
Required Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Registered Dental Assistant License, State of Michigan
* 2 years recent, relevant clinical chairside experience
* Eligible to take CDA exam through Dental Assisting National Board
* Current BLS/CPR Certification
