Dental 360 & Associates seeks a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. Job Description

Create a warm and welcoming environment for patients and team members to build trust and long-lasting relationships
Prepare patients for exams, treatments, and treatment presentations with care and professionalism
Assist dentists by providing required instruments and materials during procedures
Sterilize instruments and maintain sanitary operatory rooms according to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA guidelines
Take dental X-rays as needed (experience required)
Provide high-quality patient care with empathy and attention to detail
Perform duties collaboratively, maintaining accountability and professionalism in all interactions
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
Utilize Dentrix software knowledge to assist with scheduling and administrative tasks (preferred)

Salary Range

Full-time $36,800 - $47,000 per year

Requirements
  • Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years)
  • X-ray / Radiography Certification

Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience
High School diploma or GED required
Excellent communication and customer service skills in English
Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy work environment
Knowledge of OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA compliance standards
Experience in taking dental X-rays
Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred but not required
Cross-training in front office and back office duties is a plus
