Developers working with Deno may encounter challenges such as adapting to its security-first permissions model, which requires explicit access to files, networks, and environment variables. Additionally, since Deno is relatively new compared to Node.js, there may be fewer libraries and community resources available, requiring more custom solutions or adaptation of existing packages. Integrating Deno into existing workflows and collaborating with team members unfamiliar with its ecosystem can also present a learning curve. However, these challenges provide opportunities for growth and learning in modern JavaScript and TypeScript development.
