Employment: Full-Time / As Needed
Location: Chicago & Surrounding Suburbs

About Grit Bros Hauling

Grit Bros Hauling is a locally teen owned junk removal and demolition company serving Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. We specialize in junk removal, property cleanouts, demolition, hauling, and debris removal.

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking crew members who aren’t afraid of physical work and want to be part of a growing company.

Job Responsibilities

As a crew member, you will be expected to:

  • Load and unload furniture, junk, construction debris, and other materials
  • Assist with demolition projects including sheds, decks, flooring, walls, and other structures
  • Safely use basic hand and demolition tools
  • Carry heavy items with other crew members
  • Protect customers’ property while completing jobs
  • Sweep and clean job sites after work is completed
  • Load trucks efficiently and safely
  • Follow instructions from the crew leader
  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude around customers
  • Help keep trucks, equipment, and tools clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should be:

  • Reliable and on time
  • Hardworking and physically capable
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in different weather conditions
  • Able to lift approximately 50–75+ lbs
