Shop Laborer / Manufacturing Laborer (Grinding, Deburring & Production Support)Now Hiring: Shop Laborer | Manufacturing Associate | General Labor | Grinder & Deburr Technician

Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity with room to grow? We are seeking a dependable Shop Laborer to support production operations by cleaning, grinding, deburring, and handling metal components used in food processing equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, metal finishing, grinding, deburring, or general shop labor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean, wash, and prepare metal parts to meet quality standards.
  • Grind, sand, polish, and debur metal components using hand and power tools.
  • Support daily manufacturing and production operations.
  • Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the shop floor.
  • Perform general labor duties in a clean manufacturing environment.
  • Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Safely operate grinders, sanders, and other shop tools.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Assist production teams with material handling and other shop support tasks.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or shop experience preferred.
  • Experience with grinding, deburring, sanding, polishing, or metal finishing is a plus.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
