Job description

PAY RATES:
2+ years of demolition foreman experience: $30+/hour
5+ years of demolition foreman experience: $33+/hour
7+ years of demolition foreman experience: $38+/hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Demolition Foreman to lead demolition crews and oversee daily job site operations. This position is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company quality standards. The Foreman serves as the primary field leader and works closely with Project Management to coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and daily operation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and direct demolition crews on assigned projects
• Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and project priorities
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and project progress
• Maintain accountability for job site tools, equipment, and materials
• Communicate project status, issues, and progress to Project Management
• Resolve job site issues and conflicts as they arise

Qualifications

• Previous demolition or construction foreman experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA regulations
• Ability to read plans and blueprints preferred
• Current OSHA 10 certification required
