As we continue to expand throughout North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, we are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager - Demolition & Environmental to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll manage projects from the initial client meeting and estimating process through successful project completion. You'll work closely with clients, Operations, field personnel, and subcontractors to deliver safe, profitable, and high-quality demolition and environmental remediation projects while supporting the continued growth of Trifecta Services Company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Attend bid walks, site visits, and pre-bid meetings to gather project information.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate and competitive estimates.
  • Prepare labor, equipment, subcontractor, and material pricing.
  • Develop proposals, budgets, and responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and industry partners.
  • Identify negotiated work opportunities, strategic partnerships, and "last-look" opportunities.
  • Participate in business development activities to support company growth.
  • Manage demolition and environmental remediation projects from award through closeout.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources.
  • Monitor project costs, production, profitability, and schedule performance.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Estimating, Operations, Safety, Accounting, and Executive Leadership.
  • Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of estimating, project management, or combined experience within demolition, environmental remediation, heavy civil, commercial construction, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using estimating and project management software such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Southeast.
