Job description

The Florida Democratic Party is excited to be hiring Campus Voter Registration Fellows at colleges and universities across the state. Campus Voter Registration Fellows will assist the FDP in registering youth voters statewide. Fellows will be responsible for 10 hours of direct campus contact a week and will have the opportunity to attend up to 5 hours of organizer development trainings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run voter registration operations. Plan and execute voter registration canvassing and events to reach young people on campus.
  • Recruit volunteers. Reach out to prospective volunteers, make direct individual asks, and consistently grow your team week over week.
  • Track and report results accurately and on time. Keep careful records of voter registrations, student contacts, and event outcomes. Flag when you're falling behind, propose solutions, and learn from what's working and what isn't.

This is a contracted position lasting through November, 2026. Compensation for the position will be a one-time stipend of $1,800.
