Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pool Plasterer to join our service and resurfacing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in plastering swimming pools and spas, along with related renovation tasks such as demo, tile, coping, and acid washing. This role demands strong technical ability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plaster swimming pools and spas with precision and professional finish quality.
  • Perform acid wash procedures on pool surfaces as required to prepare for new plaster and finishes.
  • Demo swimming pools and spas, including removal of old plaster, tile, and coping when needed.
  • Install and repair tile and coping on pool and spa perimeters according to project specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, tools, and equipment; ensure all materials are secure and ready for daily work.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and teammates to meet schedules and customer expectations.
  • Promote a safe work environment — follow all safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and keep work areas hazard-free.
