Full Time Headquarters, Jacksonville, FL, US

3 days ago Requisition ID: 2386

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for planning, building, and executing demand generation programs for the Mac Insider account segment. The role owns the top and middle of the funnel — demand creation through lead qualification — and delivers qualified, prioritized opportunities to the Associate Account Managers within the Inside Sales team, who own closing. Responsibilities span program and campaign design, offer and promotion design, email sequence development, and funnel analysis, executed primarily through CRM, AI, and outbound calling campaigns.(This is meant to be a guide. Duties may vary dependent upon management.)

Essential Position Functions:

Program and Campaign Design

  • Develop the demand generation strategy and roadmap for the Insider segment, covering both net-new account acquisition and growth/reactivation of existing accounts.
  • Design and manage multi-channel campaigns across outbound email, lifecycle marketing, and e-commerce channels.
  • Define target audiences and segmentation criteria using CRM and ERP data.
  • Coordinate campaign timing, offers, and messaging into a cohesive segment calendar.

Offer and Promotion Design

  • Design promotional offers and incentives that support demand objectives, including first-order activation offers, win-back incentives, volume and threshold promotions, and category-attach bundles.
  • Develop offer structures in partnership with pricing and margin owners to ensure profitability requirements are met.
  • Maintain the promotional calendar for the Insider segment.

Campaign Execution and Sequences

  • Build, launch, and maintain email sequences and campaign cadences.
  • Configure and manage segmentation, lifecycle stages, list hygiene, and email deliverability within HubSpot.
  • Identify and operationalize intent signals from transactional and e-commerce behavior (reorder timing, category gaps, browsing/cart activity) to trigger the appropriate campaign or sequence.

Analysis and Reporting

  • Instrument and monitor the top and middle of the funnel; track and report on campaign, sequence, and offer performance.
  • Conduct cohort and account-level analysis of the Insider book to identify acquisition, reactivation, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Design and run structured tests (messaging, offers, timing, audiences) and apply findings to future programs.
  • Report on pipeline volume, pipeline quality, and revenue impact to leadership on a regular cadence.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Deliver prioritized, context-rich worklists to the ISR team, including recommended action and applicable offer.
  • Partner with inside sales to align on targeting, gather feedback, and refine programs.
  • Coordinate with pricing, customer service, and operations as required to execute programs.
  • Document program logic, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Background in distribution, merchant/wholesale, industrial, or high-SKU catalog B2B preferred
  • Demonstrated experience generating qualified pipeline against a large, fragmented account base.
  • Hands‑on proficiency with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and/or Sales sequences), including segmentation, automation, lifecycle management, and reporting.
  • Experience designing and executing outbound and lifecycle email cadences, with a working knowledge of email deliverability.
  • Experience designing promotional offers as a demand lever, with the ability to measure incremental impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to pull and work with data from CRM and ERP systems, build segments and cohorts, and connect activity to revenue outcomes.
