Overview

The responsibility of our kitchen team members is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures to satisfy restaurant demand and exceed customers' expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains verbal communication with FOH
  • Monitors the quality of food
  • Marinating and breading chicken
  • Ensuring chicken is properly inspected
  • Following receipts accordingly
  • Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards
  • Follow protocol chicken forecast
  • Filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards
  • Thoroughly clean equipment
  • Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
  • Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles
  • Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
  • Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
