  • Up to $325,000 guaranteed salary
  • $18,000 Housing allowance provided by employer
  • $25,000 Signing bonus

  • $850 monthly / $10,200 annual Tribal contribution towards healthcare premium

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Medical Director (MD, DO)
  • Hybrid role – 50 / 50 split focus between leadership and direct patient care
