COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Urology (URO)

  • $700,000 base salary
  • Benefits include:
    • wRVU production bonus - uncapped potential
    • $60,000 student loan repayment/retention bonus
    • $50,000 sign on bonus
    • $5,000 annual CME allowance
    • 6 weeks of paid time off
    • Scorecard bonus (roughly 10% per year)

  • Network of more than 300 physicians and multiple Outpatient care centers

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Urology (URO)

  • Robotic surgery training and/or experience required
  • Board Certification/Board Eligible
