Rainmaker Hospitality is looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Director of Sales to lead all sales efforts for the Hampton Inn Blue Ash and Home2 Suites Blue Ash. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and leading strategy across both corporate and group segments-while partnering closely with brand revenue leadership to maximize performance.

This position oversees the full sales function, allowing you to take ownership of business development, client relationships, and revenue strategy, while collaborating with operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.


What You'll Do
  • Own and drive all sales efforts for both hotels, including corporate, group, and local business segments

  • Actively prospect, solicit, and secure new business through direct outreach, networking, and brand channels

  • Respond to and manage incoming leads (Cvent, MeetingBroker, direct inquiries, etc.)

  • Negotiate rates, manage contracts, and secure deposits and payment details

  • Partner with the brand revenue leader to align on pricing strategy, inventory management, and demand optimization

  • Analyze market trends, pace, and performance to adjust sales strategies and maximize revenue

  • Collaborate with on-property teams to ensure seamless execution from booking through departure

  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property tours

  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and forecasting in brand systems (Delphi, etc.)

  • Participate in leadership discussions to drive performance, accountability, and innovation
