  • Manage and grow catering sales by building strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and local organizations.
  • Plan and execute successful events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings, ensuring seamless service.
  • Work closely with the banquet team to ensure flawless event execution and high guest satisfaction.
  • Utilize Delphi for event planning and BEO (Banquet Event Order) management.
  • Use Fosse for room block management and coordinating group reservations.
  • Prepare and manage catering contracts, proposals, and invoices.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and banquet staff to customize menus and service plans.
  • Monitor event logistics, including setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Maintain compliance with Marriott brand standards, health regulations, and safety guidelines.
