This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment.

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Specialist Lead, Talent Development role between June 2026 - December 2026 for our Growth & Development team.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Lead, Talent Development on the Growth & Development team, you will be responsible for...

  • Planning, executing, and operationalizing in-person and virtual development programs and processes
  • Drafting PowerPoint presentations to communicate training plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Creating and reviewing deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail while assisting in the development of learning programs and training experiences
  • Participating in or leading learning project teams, conducting research and data analysis, and recommending solutions to support business priorities
  • Managing multiple tasks and projects, adapting to changing priorities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and coming into the office periodically for office events

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of professional experience developing learning programs and training experiences
  • Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience with instructional design
  • Experience working in a learning and development organization
  • Experience in consulting or professional services

Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte's health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program. They are, however, covered under Deloitte's Business Travel Accident policy and may participate in Before-Tax Transit benefits.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72900 to $134300
