As an Analytics and Insights Engineer III on the Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team, you will be responsible for...

  • Designing and executing analyses that address client business questions across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Developing measurement frameworks, learning agendas, data strategies, and performance reporting approaches for marketing, advertising, and commerce programs
  • Analyzing large data sets to uncover insights and deliver recommendations using tools such as Google Analytics, DV360, Ads Data Hub, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Creating dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Datorama, Data Studio, Looker, or similar tools for executive and client audiences
  • Supporting measurement plans, testing plans, tagging strategies, modeling strategies, and experimentation deployment, including A/B testing

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience managing digital marketing or advertising analytics, including marketing mix modeling or attribution solutions for large-scale clients
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience designing analyses to answer business questions across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Experience creating dashboards or visualizations using Tableau, Datorama, Data Studio, Looker, or similar tools
  • Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience defining analytics strategies, modeling strategies, tagging strategies, and measurement or testing plans
  • Experience applying analytical methods to customer data sets and digital campaign performance
  • Experience using Excel, Structured Query Language, Tableau, or other data analysis tools
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms and tag management solutions
  • Experience managing project timelines and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Experience presenting insights to executive-level or client-facing audiences

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
