  • Leading insurance-focused operate and implementation engagements across business process outsourcing and business process as a service environments
  • Defining and executing global resource and coverage strategies, leverage models, and productivity approaches to support scalable service delivery
  • Driving the design and adoption of automated operational solutions, including ticketing and monitoring capabilities
  • Managing cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes, operational improvements, and program objectives
  • Advising client stakeholders on transformation opportunities across insurance operations, service delivery, and managed services models

Required:

  • 6+ years of consulting, operate, or implementation experience in the insurance industry
  • 2+ years of experience in business process outsourcing or business process as a service related to insurance operations
  • 2+ years of leadership experience defining global resource and coverage models, leverage models, productivity models, and automated solutions such as ticketing and monitoring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or another technology-related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing global service delivery across multiple centers
  • 5+ years of experience applying Software Development Life Cycle methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Rational Unified Process
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Media
  • 6+ years of experience presenting recommendations to client stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $135,000 to $265,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
