Job Summary:
AA2IT is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide field dispatch service for break fix calls including PCs, laptops, printers, and other assorted products. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Field dispatch service for break fix calls including pc's, laptops, printers, pos, and many other assorted products
• Ability to show up for work every day and ontime, above average customer service skills, and be able to communicate verbally, written, and electronically
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8 to 5 with a rotating on call schedule
Qualifications:
Required:
• 1 to 2 years field service experience
• Ability to show up for work every day and ontime

• Driving Required
Preferred:
• Comptia A+ certification is recommended
