What You’ll Do Each Day

  • First and foremost – participate in and contribute to our intentional culture
  • Load packages into the van at start of shift (they can be up to 50 lbs)
  • Get in and out of the van repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Drive safely and perform safety inspections on company vehicles
  • Deliver packages safely, accurately, professionally, and on time
  • Follow all state and local laws, driving regulations, and company practices
  • Provide excellent customer service regardless of circumstances; you will encounter stressful situations
  • Drive and deliver in all weather conditions; your safety is our top priority
  • Communicate effectively with support team to ensure deliveries are completed on time
  • Use smart phone devices for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communication with supervisors and other team members
  • Support with rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
  • Have fun – you are delivering smiles and joy to your community – you are impacting lives!

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have a valid Driver's License within the state of employment
  • Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
