Job Description

Being an Amazon Delivery Driver

  • Routes are based on 10 hour shifts (9:45am-8:15pm)
  • You will be working three or four total days, 1 weekend day required
  • Schedule will be fixed
  • Will operate company vehicle
  • Use a company provided phone

Responsibilities and Duties of an Amazon Delivery Driver:

  • Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
  • Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
  • Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
  • Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
  • Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
  • Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
  • Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
  • Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Warehouse Located at: 1256 N Magnolia Ave, Anaheim CA

Pay: From $22.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Delivering 7 days a Week
  • Overtime
  • Sat or Sun Required

Work Location: In person

Hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time Positions

Qualifications and Skills of an Amazon Delivery Driver:

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.A.
  • A valid U.S driver's license
  • Possess a clean driving record
  • Complete drug screening test
  • Minimum age: 21 years (do not apply if you are under 21)
