Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to navigate routes efficiently. The Delivery Driver will operate Step Trucks.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Navigate assigned routes efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries to customers.
  • Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling of items.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and any issues encountered during transport.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and forklift operation.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred.
  • Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools (GPS).
  • Previous experience in delivery or courier services is advantageous.
