About the Role
The Delivery Manager is responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of client projects from initiation through final acceptance. They serve as the primary contact between Unlimited Tech Solutions and the client, and they own critical project management activities, including management of project scope, budget, timeline, and risks. The Delivery Manager collaborates closely with the Solution Architect and a team of individual contributors to bring to life high-quality solutions that solve the client's business needs while working within the stated constraints of the project.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of multiple (10+) concurrent client projects.
  • Own project delivery from cradle to grave - directly responsible and accountable for the success of each project in the portfolio.
  • Proactively manage project scope, budget, timeline, and risks to ensure that projects are delivered profitably and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in all project-related matters and facilitate effective communication with other project team members (e.g., Solution Architect, individual contributors).
  • Lead cross-functional project teams consisting of 3-5 SMEs, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Managing project staffing, resourcing projects with SMEs as needed to deliver project commitments while balancing overall resource utilization to meet the company's broader obligations.
  • Oversee implementation to ensure that delivered work product meets client requirements and respects project constraints.
  • Disciplined, comprehensive use of project management tools to ensure that stakeholders have clear visibility of project progress at any given time.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth and collaborating with the sales team to capitalize on these opportunities.

  • Client value is produced and realized consistently through regular release of completed deliverables (i.e., monthly shipped value meets or exceeds targets).

Role Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience (3+ years) directly leading the delivery of software implementation projects. Experience with HubSpot or other CRM implementations is preferred. Experience with software integration and data migration projects is a significant asset.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence in client interactions, including navigating complex or difficult situations and managing expectations in challenging circumstances.
  • Ability to foster a partnership environment with clients to be seen as a valuable resource.
  • Proactive risk management and ability to produce appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Accountable, mature, responsible, organized, and delivers on promises.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while being able to manage and prioritize changing deadlines.
  • You may be located anywhere, but you must be able to work U.S. West Coast hours (PST or MST).

Compensation & Benefits
  • The base salary for this role is USD $70,000 - $90,000. With bonus opportunities, total target compensation is $90,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience. Outstanding candidates may be considered for higher ranges.
