2. Provide monitoring for the project execution, including managing work plans, budgets, issues / risks, change controls and key deliverables

3. Clearly communicate status of the project to all levels of the organization

1.  Demonstrated strong leadership skills, including experience leading large complex projects  

2.  Experience leading multiple teams and sub teams

3.  MS Project workplan development and maintenance        

  

Required Skills/Experience

-Project management in software development and implementation

-7+ years of IT experience and 4+ years of Project Management experience

-Experience with project in multiple technologies and functions

- In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

- Experience in healthcare insurance

  

Educational Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in related field required.  Master's degree in related field preferred.
