  • Lead, coach, and inspire the SAP Business One delivery teamto deliver exceptional customer outcomes, strong engagement, and consistent project success.
  • Drive practice performanceby managingutilization, revenue, gross margin, delivery targets, and customer satisfaction against the annual business plan.
  • Shape delivery plans and growth strategieswith the leadership team, including forecasting, margin planning, capacity planning, and resource alignment.
