About the Role

AEQ is seeking a Service Delivery Manager with experience supporting and delivering Canadian public-sector and enterprise technology initiatives.

This role will support proposal development, delivery planning, estimation, staffing coordination, and project execution for digital transformation initiatives across government, healthcare, education, and related sectors.

The ideal candidate combines strong project delivery experience with practical knowledge of Canadian RFP processes and client engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Support public-sector and enterprise proposal responses and pursuit activities

  • Develop project estimates, staffing plans, delivery approaches, and timelines

  • Collaborate with recruiting, leadership, designers, and technical teams during pursuits

  • Coordinate delivery readiness for awarded projects

  • Lead or support software and digital transformation project delivery

  • Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes, proposal assets, and estimation frameworks

  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, presentations, and project planning sessions

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, digital consulting, or technology delivery
  • Proven experience supporting, responding to, and contributing to successful RFP/proposal submissions for Canadian public-sector or enterprise clients
