Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects/programs, ensuring successful execution within agreed timelines, budget, and quality parameters.
  • Coordinate and manage onsite and offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration, communication, and productivity across geographies.
  • Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting using Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
  • Ensure strong delivery governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, and risk management.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with business, technical, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope and expectations.
  • Drive quality assurance practices, including test automation, defect management, and CI/CD quality gates.
  • Support and promote automation frameworks and engineering best practices (Java, Selenium, Playwright, API testing, etc.).
  • Contribute to AI and digital transformation initiatives, including adoption of GenAI tools for productivity and delivery optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to foster a delivery excellence and ownership mindset.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in IT services, application development, or project/program delivery.
  • Strong experience managing onsite–offshore delivery models.
  • Expertise in Agile / Scrum / Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering and QA practices, including:
    • Java / J2EE
    • Selenium WebDriver
    • Playwright
    • API testing tools
    • CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
  • Experience in managing multi-team, multi-technology environments.
  • Experience in managing Large Managed Services Programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Experience in risk management, governance, and delivery reporting.
  • Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI-based transformation initiatives is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
