Job description

  • Lead Program Increment preparation and planning activities across the portfolio
  • Facilitate decomposition of epics into features and support the maintenance of portfolio-level Kanban boards and delivery calendars
  • Manage dependencies across the portfolio, shared services teams, and enterprise platforms
  • Monitor and communicate delivery performance through sprint and Program Increment metrics
  • Develop portfolio status reporting and executive communications
  • Support resource capacity planning and portfolio prioritization
  • Deliver new technology capabilities, enhancements, and product improvements that drive business value
  • Define testing strategies and coordinate defect triage activities
  • Lead release management activities, including cutover planning and execution
  • Ensure successful transition of new products and capabilities into support organizations
  • Drive incident resolution and escalation processes for critical issues
  • Provide oversight for continuous delivery, operational stability, and product performance
  • Partner with vendors and strategic suppliers to deliver services, capabilities, and technology solutions
  • Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership to achieve portfolio objectives
  • Travel up to 10% as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and at least 5 years of information technology delivery experience
  • In lieu of a degree, 8 years of information technology delivery experience is required
  • Experience delivering technology products and solutions
  • Experience working with cross-functional information technology and business teams
  • Demonstrated success communicating technical concepts to business leaders and business priorities to technical teams
  • Experience leading complex initiatives through ambiguity and translating strategic objectives into executable delivery plans
  • Experience working within agile delivery environments
  • Experience delivering products using the Scaled Agile Framework (preferred)
  • Procurement and Planning technology experience (preferred)
  • Experience serving in a Delivery Manager role (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of enterprise software licensing agreements (preferred)
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence (preferred)
