  • A refinancing / diligence support effort for a mature toll facility, with workshops and rapid responses to lender questions.
  • An owner/operator performance‑monitoring engagement, interpreting results and advising on implications for strategy.

You will have the opportunity to help shape the future development and direction of the team and work across the most interesting and high-profile transactions in the market.

  • Develop and Mentor staff, focusing on technical skill development, career development, and performance management.
  • Contribute to capability development and knowledge sharing across Steer.
  • Provide leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the transportation industry with an emphasis on Traffic and Revenue (T&R) forecasting in the North America Highways Transactions market.

Preferred:

  • Expert technical network modelling skills in Cube and/or EMME.
