We are looking for a reliable and professional Delivery Driver Associate to join our team. This position is primarily focused on making deliveries and representing our company in a positive, customer-focused manner.

What You’ll Do

As a Delivery Associate, you will play a mission-critical role in the daily operations of our business! Your primary responsibility will be delivering products to customer locations safely, accurately, and on time using a company truck. You'll serve as the face of the company in customer interactions, providing friendly, professional service with every delivery.

While the majority of your time will be spent driving and making deliveries, occasional assistance in the warehouse may be needed to support daily operations. 

This is a hands-on role where teamwork, accuracy, and safety are top priorities.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a company straight truck for local deliveries
  • Load and unload products for customer deliveries
  • Ensure deliveries are accurate and completed on schedule 
  • Provide excellent customer service during all customer interactions
  • Complete daily vehicle inspections and follow DOT and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean driving record and operate equipment safely 
  • Assist with light warehouse duties as needed, including loading, receiving, or picking material

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Related experience required: driving a straight truck and/or a truck with trailer.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good, clean driving record (no CDL required) but DOT experience is highly preferred.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse software.
  • Strong communication and people skills for frequent customer interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage delivery routes efficiently.
  • Ability to lift to 70 lbs safely and repeatedly.
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).

Physical Demands

  • Heavy lifting (up to 70 pounds).
  • Standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout an 8-hour shift.

Work Environment

  • Warehouse environment with continual exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
  • Driving and customer delivery work in all weather conditions.
