Delivery Driver - Kent
Reports to: Driver Supervisor
Direct Reports: None
Role Overview
Drive van and/or box truck to delivery wine and spirits to on and off premise accounts. Acts as primary point of contact with our customers, delivering product in a professional manner. This is a non-CDL position.
Core Responsibilities
• Load products into the van/truck for delivery each morning, coordinating with warehouse and sales personnel.
• Inspect product for breakage, shrinkage or mis-picks before departing the warehouse.
• Deliver merchandise to retailers and non-retail accounts in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, documenting all necessary steps and communicating effectively with the warehouse team.
• Collect and document customer payment at the time of delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of delivery van/truck and perform maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to delivery schedule based on priorities, delivery locations, and road conditions.
Schedule
• Tuesday-Friday Schedule, approximately 10 hours per day
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
• 21+ years old with valid driver's license, clean driving record.
• Previous delivery or driving experience preferred.
• Customer service or related experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have strong work ethic.
• Ability to adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and warehouse safety standards of various retailers.
• This is a safety-sensitive position involving the operation of a commercial motor vehicle. In accordance with RCW 49.44.240, applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment drug testing, which includes screening for cannabis (THC).
Physical Requirements
• Able to stand and walk for long periods across large-format stores.
• Able to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders for shelf access.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds (cases, displays, POS).
• Able to work in various environments, including refrigerated coolers and outdoor loading docks.
Education Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
Compensation
Total compensation of $55,000 per year, paid hourly with full-time hours guaranteed. This position is eligible for overtime.

• This position starts at 80 hours of paid vacation per year. Our tiered accrual schedule increases based on seniority, capping at 160 hours after six years of service.
