Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver:
  • Load, transport, and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations on time.
  • Drive safely to customer locations and following all traffic laws.
  • Be professional and provide exceptional customer service during every delivery interaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
  • Perform basic checks to ensure your vehicle is always safe and ready to go.
  • Communicate any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Qualifications
To be a successful delivery driver you MUST always put SAFETY FIRST and be OBSESSED with customer satisfaction.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. (No CDL required)
  • Must have a positive and can do attitude.
  • Must provide excellent customer service and professionalism during delivery interactions.
  • Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. (Most packages are 5 lbs. or lighter).
  • Must be able to get in and out of the company vehicle and walk up and down stairs all throughout your shift.
  • Must be able to work within a TEAM environment.
  • Must be able to pass eligibility requirements.
  • Must be able to use and navigate a smartphone.
  • Must be able to problem solve and find solutions to occasional challenges.
  • Must be reliable and able to communicate needs and give feedback.
  • Previous delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
