Reporting to the Store Manager and Business Coach, the Delivery Driver will be based out of our Mt. Lehman location on 3230 Mt. Lehman Rd.


Your Mission

As a Panago Delivery Driver, you will work alongside your teammates to create and deliver orders for customers. The Delivery Driver plays a crucial roles in ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of our delicious pizzas and food to hungry customers. Your exceptional customer service skills, responsible driving and commitment to timeliness will contribute to our reputation for excellent service.


Day-to-Day Impact

  • Work with team members to create and fulfill orders.
  • Assist with in-store tasks during non-delivery hours where needed.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency to ensure that every customer order is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Accurately handle payments and process credit card transactions, ensuring proper documentation and security.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the store team regarding delivery schedules, order status and issues encountered during deliveries.
  • Consult with the Store Manager and Business Coach on operation matters.
  • Safety first mindset and report any issues during routes.
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of orders through regular inspection and rotation.
  • Establish and build a trusting relationship with Panago franchise partners, stakeholders and customers.
  • Ensurecleanliness through food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Other duties as outlined by the Store Manager


Competencies and Experience

  • 0-1 years previous experience in QSR, Retail or Food & Beverage industry
    • Ability to work independently and within a team
    • Knowledge of franchise operations
    • Knowledge of general area of BC Lower Mainland.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
    • Must be able to travel to the store location
    • Must have a valid BC Driver's License and clean driving record
