This energy has led to multi-faceted growth, with results that have allowed us to quadruple in size over the last 20 years. We offer a casual work environment with an intentional culture and are looking for dedicated, motivated, and driven team members to grow with our company.

Mallory Safety & Supply is hiring for a Warehouse Driver to join our team!

As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for individuals interested in building a career and being part of an amazing team. • 7 paid holidays throughout the year
  • Yearly appraisals and bi-annual reviews
  • Employee discounts and Mallory swag
  • Certifications and continued professional development opportunities
  • Opportunities for promotion and career growth
  • A positive company culture – check out our website for more information on The Mallory Way!

As a Warehouse Driver, here is how you will make an impact:

  • Safely operate company vehicles including vans, pickup trucks, box trucks, and occasionally a 26-foot box truck
  • Complete local deliveries and will call pickups while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Obtain customer signatures and ensure accurate delivery documentation
  • Organize and plan daily delivery routes for efficiency
  • Receive incoming product and assist with stocking inventory
  • Pick, pack, stage, load, and ship customer orders
  • Fill and maintain customer vending machines and inventory programs
  • Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting on vending machines
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and maintaining warehouse organization
  • Use computers and software systems to support inventory tracking and operational tasks
  • Support miscellaneous warehouse projects and operational needs as assigned

Here is what we are looking for in a Warehouse Driver:

  • Someone with a positive attitude who can adapt quickly when plans or priorities change
  • A dependable individual who communicates proactively and takes ownership of their responsibilities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities throughout the day
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected with the larger team
  • Someone who takes pride in maintaining safe work practices and representing Mallory professionally at customer locations

Here is what we need from a Warehouse Driver:

  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Driving history that aligns with our Safe Driver Policy

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and move throughout the workday
  • Forklift experience is preferred, but onsite training will be provided
  • PPE required while working in warehouse and customer environments
