As the Wellness Director, you will oversee the Wellness Department and champion a safe, homelike environment where residents can achieve their highest level of wellness and independence. You’ll combine clinical expertise with strong leadership to support residents, families, and staff—while ensuring compliance, quality care, and operational excellence.
