Requirements
  • Lead execution of project plans and supporting materials (project plans, open-items logs, requirements documents, meeting notes, etc.) from implementation through ongoing service.
  • Deliver a consistently exceptional client service that drives strong NPS performance.
  • Oversee testing, quality assurance, and accuracy across all aspects of client management.
  • Collaborate across departments to align teams, share insights, and ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Director day-to-day client operations, including communication, documentation, and process development tailored to each client's needs.
  • Represent Client Operations in sales presentations and partner conversations.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on benefits administration, ICHRA strategy, and broker/consultant expectations.
  • Build deep product and platform knowledge to support configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members, including performance reviews, real-time feedback, 1:1s, goal setting and training.
  • Participate in zizzl-sponsored professional development and training initiatives.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and client outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
