Salary: 100-118k plus a 15% bonus

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a high-visibility engagement with a leading financial services client. This role will lead a Scrum team in a hybrid Agile environment, driving delivery, coaching team members, and ensuring alignment with business stakeholders.
This is not a purely facilitation role the Scrum Master will also have delivery accountability and work closely with an offshore delivery lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retros)
- Lead a Scrum team and partner closely with client stakeholders (Director-level)
- Drive delivery execution and ensure sprint commitments are met
- Remove impediments and maintain team velocity and focus
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlog and user stories
- Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint progress)
- Support a hybrid Agile model (Scrum + enterprise delivery practices)
- Partner with offshore delivery lead to ensure aligned execution
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master
- Experience supporting D365 / Power Platform implementations (hands-on exposure is a plus)
- Strong experience in hybrid Agile environments
- Proven ability to manage delivery, not just facilitate ceremonies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product)
- Strong communication skills with experience interacting with Director-level stakeholders
- Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps
Nice to Have:
- Experience in CRM or Contact Center environments (B2C)
- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
