More Than Just a Delivery Job

Drala Delivery Dynamics is an Amazon last-mile delivery company in Haverhill, and we're looking to build a strong team that puts safety first, delivers with quality, and exhibits professionalism in everything we do.

We want Drala to be a place where people enjoy coming to work, feel supported by the people around them, and know they are more than just a number on a roster.

Our responsibility to our employees does not stop when the workday ends. Life happens. When members of our team are dealing with challenges at work or in their personal lives, we want them to feel comfortable coming to us and knowing we will do what we reasonably can to help.

We also want the people who work here to leave better than when they arrived. Whether your goal is to grow into leadership at Drala, improve your skills, continue your education, reach personal goals, or eventually build a career somewhere else, we want to help you move forward.

We are building a company that feels like a team, a community, and a place you can be proud to call home.

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Associate, you will:

  • Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
  • Deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses
  • Use company-provided delivery and navigation technology
  • Follow delivery instructions and provide professional customer service
  • Organize and manage your route throughout the day
  • Communicate with leadership when you need assistance
  • Work independently while remaining part of a supportive team

What We Expect From You

Our employees deserve strong leadership and support. In return, we expect our team members to take their responsibilities seriously.

The foundation of Drala is:

Safety. Efficiency. Discipline.

That means:

  • Showing up reliably and on time
  • Driving and delivering safely
  • Taking pride in the quality of your work
  • Communicating when there is a problem
  • Being accountable for your performance
  • Treating customers, coworkers, equipment, and property with respect
  • Being willing to learn, improve, and accept coaching

We believe accountability and support should exist together. Mistakes happen. What matters is being honest about them, learning from them, and getting better.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working 10-hour shifts
  • Weekend and holiday availability
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Why Join Drala?

Drala is being built from the beginning with one goal: create a high-performing delivery company without losing sight of the people who make that performance possible.

If you work hard, care about doing a good job, and want to be part of a company where your effort is noticed and your voice matters, we want to meet you.

Come help us build Drala Delivery Dynamics!

We are an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment regardless of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, veteran, or disability status.

Company Description

At Drala Delivery Dynamics, we believe hard work pays off, accountability matters, and pride in your work is pride in yourself.

Our mission is to build a team that delivers safely, efficiently, and reliably while creating an environment where people feel respected, supported, and encouraged to grow.

We believe the standards we set at work can strengthen the standards we set for ourselves everywhere else. That means showing up, taking ownership, learning from mistakes, supporting the people around us, and taking pride in doing things the right way.

At Drala, accountability will always be paired with communication, coaching, and support. Employees should feel comfortable speaking up, sharing ideas, asking for help, and knowing their voice matters.

Success here is about more than packages and performance metrics. We want the people who work at Drala to leave stronger than when they arrived. Whether they grow within our company, use the opportunities we provide to improve their lives, or eventually take what they learned here into the next chapter of their career, we want their time at Drala to have helped them move forward.

Work hard. Take ownership. Support each other. Keep growing.
