Delivery Associate for Drala Delivery Dynamics LLC

Drala Delivery Dynamics LLC is a last-mile delivery company focused on reliability, safety, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

We’re building a team of dependable professionals who take pride in their work and understand the importance of consistency, accountability, and teamwork. This role is ideal for individuals looking for more than just temporary work. We’re looking for people who want stability, take their responsibilities seriously, and understand that strong performance creates opportunity.

Success in this role requires professionalism, consistency, and a commitment to doing the job the right way every day. Responsibilities include safely operating a company-provided delivery vehicle, delivering packages to homes, apartments, and businesses in a timely and quality manner, use of company delivery and navigation apps, and following customer delivery instructions and ensuring accurate deliveries.

We're looking for individuals with reliable attendance and punctuality, strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, safe driving habits, time management skills, organizational skills, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Performance expectations for the role include measurable performance standards related to safety, attendance, delivery quality, and overall reliability.

Team members who succeed in this role understand the importance of consistency, professionalism, and taking ownership of their responsibilities each day.

Qualifications

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Valid Driver’s License
• The ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working 10 hour shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability.
