Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 Hourly
Work Schedule: 4/10-1st Shift, the role may require overtime work, especially on Fridays and Saturdays


Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing and Final Assembly Technician to support various production activities, including the assembly, testing, and preparation of electronic subassemblies and final products for customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and populate electronic subassemblies in accordance with engineering specifications
  • Route cables and perform continuity and resistance checks
  • Conduct pressure, Hi-Pot, and impedance tests
  • Prepare completed units for customer delivery
  • Assist with customer and quality inspections
  • Work from engineering drawings, electronic work instructions, and both written and verbal instructions
  • Operate a variety of tools and equipment, including: Torque wrenches and small hand tools, Hand trucks, Specialized testing equipment such as pressure test stations and Hi-Pot testers
  • Handle and work with a variety of materials and chemicals, including epoxies, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, and other corrosive substances(Please note that corrosive agents may refer to chemical cleaning agents, not typical household soaps. Candidates must be comfortable handling such substances in a safe and compliant manner.)
  • Administrative and Safety Responsibilities:
  • Follow proper Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and ESD gear
  • Maintain accurate records, including time tracking and safety training documentation
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and manufacturing floor procedures
  • Computer Skills:
  • Utilize computers to:
  • Access and follow electronic work instructions
  • Log discrepancies and production issues
  • Record labor hours and track tasks
  • Communicate via email with team members and management
  • Must be comfortable working with corrosive agents, including cleaning solutions and compounds used during the assembly process
