You will lead System Impact Assessments, translate technical requirements into formal Statements of Work (SOWs), and ultimately audit completed deliverables to trigger client billing.

The work:

  • Coordinate with technical delivery leads to evaluate the scope and impact of requested client changes.
  • Translate technical impact assessments into client-ready, priced SOWs and formal proposals.
  • Act as the central coordinator between client stakeholders, pricing teams, and engineering leads to shepherd proposals through the approval lifecycle.
  • Maintain clear visibility over active delivery pipelines, tracking milestones and key performance indicators.
  • Audit implemented changes to confirm that the technical team has successfully delivered everything promised in the SOW.
  • Interface with internal finance departments to initiate client billing workflows as soon as deliverables are verified and signed off.

Here's what you need:

  • US Citizenship
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience leading and writing formal, priced Statements of Work (SOWs) and client-facing proposals based on technical inputs.
  • Proven track record of collaborating across diverse departments, including pricing analysts, finance departments, engineering/delivery teams, and senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong capability to perform post-implementation audits, checking technical outputs against SOW guidelines to verify all agreed-upon deliverables are fully met.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Intermediate experience building dashboard reports to automate tracking of proposal pipelines or billing statuses.
  • Basic understanding of OCM principles to help support client communications and keep stakeholders aligned on upcoming system release schedules.
  • Beginner experience with creative ways to modernize SOW approval workflows or simple data intake forms.
