We are hiring a full-time position to work:Tuesday - Saturday 12:30 - 8:30PM



Summary:

Our Kitchen Production Team provides invaluable back-of-house support within a bustling kitchen to include ingredient and recipe preparation and production, have familiarity with food & health safety regulations, and have demonstrated success being strong collaborators and positive team players in a food retail environment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high standard or customer service for kitchen personnel according to established customer service vision and expectations.
  • Ability to monitor and/or maintain quality control standards.
  • Work together with employees on shift to create a positive work environment.
  • Knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards.
  • Prepare deli case entrees, salads and other deli items as needed.
  • Ensure proper product rotation. d. Update recipes as they change.
  • Create and document new recipes.
  • Participate in monthly/quarterly inventories for department.
  • Cleans and maintains work areas, utensils, and equipment.
  • Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus.
  • Operates with a sense of teamwork.
  • Understands and adheres to organizational and department policy and procedures.
  • Accepts direction willingly and follows through with delegated tasks.
  • Performs tasks consistently at an acceptable rate as outlined by department manager
  • Maintains safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulations.

1. Minimum one (1) year experience in food service.

2. Previous experience with ordering and inventory control.

3. Strong organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:
