We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving delicious deli items.
This position requires a passion for food, catering, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, if you are looking for a slow paced deli, this not for you!

Duties
Make quality sandwiches and prep deli items with care and speed
Work the cashier, take orders accurately, and handle transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Provide top-tier service to every customer, warm, efficient, and welcoming
Multitask during busy rushes and take initiative when things slow down
Treat the deli like it s your own; because our team is our family
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, including bussing tables and cleaning equipment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Be an overall Team Player!
Requirements
Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is preferred.
Familiarity with POS system is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.
Ability to work in a kitchen or caf environment, demonstrating teamwork and adaptability.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as necessary.
Previous experience in a food service setting
Must be able to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sundays!)
