Job Summary:
The Kitchen Utility Employee plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting deli operations. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, from equipment cleaning and food prep to inventory handling and assisting team members. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and committed to teamwork.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including fryers, coolers, and food prep areas
  • Receive, check in, and properly store deliveries from vendors
  • Rotate product to ensure freshness and compliance with food safety standards
  • Assist with food preparation, including battering products for the steam table line
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and storage areas
  • Support deli operations and assist with other team member duties as needed
  • Follow all safety, health, and company policies and procedures
