Gastroenterologist Opportunity – Outpatient Practice in Delaware

A small, physician-led gastroenterology practice in northern Delaware is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its growing team. This is a rare 100% outpatient opportunity with no hospital call or inpatient responsibilities, ideal for physicians seeking exceptional work–life balance without sacrificing earning potential.

Practice Highlights
  • No hospital call – fully outpatient practice
  • Office and endoscopy center conveniently located in the same building
  • Approximately 80% ASC time / 20% clinic
  • Endoscopy cases typically completed by 4:00 PM

Requirements
General Requirements
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Gastroenterology fellowship
  • Eligible for or currently holding unrestricted medical licensure in Delaware (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA registration and controlled substance license (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to obtain privileges at affiliated outpatient facilities and ambulatory surgery centers
  • Strong clinical skills in general gastroenterology; endoscopy experience required
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
  • Excellent communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills
  • Interest in long-term partnership and practice ownership
  • Ability to work independently in a physician-led, autonomous practice environment
