We are seeking a professional, forward-thinking, Warehouse Team Supervisor for our 120,000 square foot Distribution Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Position Overview
The Warehouse Team Supervisor, reporting to the Operations Manager, is responsible for managing a team of 12 warehouse employees. This role will ensure products are received, stored and safely handled, and delivered to customers with a strong focus on quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer claim resolution initiatives by identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous reduction in claims and service issues.
  • Assist with rolling out the new SAP S/4HANA system implementation
  • Oversee inventory control systems and warehouse operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory integrity, and on-time delivery performance.
  • Train, coach, and motivate 12 warehouse staff while fostering a positive, safety-focused, and team-oriented work environment built on fairness and accountability.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and achievement of company goals.
  • Champion quality assurance, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance overall warehouse performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • High school diploma required
  • 5 or more years supervising employees
  • 5 or more years working in a warehouse
  • Understanding of ISO Certification standards
  • Experience in SAP is required
  • Experience in Lean methodology is strongly preferred
  • Problem solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Understanding of OHSA standards
  • Ability to drive forklifts with standard heights on 18 feet
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand on feet 8+ hours daily
