Real Property Management tiene el puesto perfecto para ti como Técnico de Mantenimiento. Usted será responsable de proporcionar una gran experiencia de los residentes, manteniendo la propiedad con buen aspecto y funcionando bien. Esto podría incluir piscinas, jardinería, equipos de ejercicio, electrodomésticos, sistemas de calefacción y refrigeración, puertas basculantes, y la iluminación (sólo para nombrar unos pocos). Sus responsabilidades como técnico de mantenimiento

  • Mantenimiento de la propiedad - Usted proporcionará el trabajo de mantenimiento que podría incluir: mantenimiento general, electricidad ligera, fontanería, carpintería y pintura, jardinería ligera, instalación de electrodomésticos ligeros / mantenimiento, basura / eliminación de objetos grandes, mantenimiento de la piscina, y mucho más.
  • Servicio al cliente - Como miembro del equipo de servicio de primera línea, queremos que se enorgullezca de su apariencia y de cómo interactúa con los residentes. La sonrisa forma parte del uniforme.
  • ¿Qué se puede mejorar? - Cuando usted visita una propiedad para una orden de trabajo, usted tendrá la oportunidad de ver otros elementos que se pueden mejorar.
