Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide clerical support for the Health Sciences and Professional Education division office.
Minimum Qualifications
Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
General office skills including answering calls, taking messages, customer relations and data entry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Dependable.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to be a team player.
Ability to complete clerical duties with accuracy and attention to detail.
Able to be responsible, accountable, dependable, patient and punctual
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of computers and programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
