Job description

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a global aviation manufacturer seeking a culture and engagement specialist for an open-ended contract. If you have a passion for DEI and 5+ yeas of progressive experience in an HR related field and have familiarity with metrics/KPI's and a process-driven approach along with experience within ERG's this is the ideal role for you. Responsibilities:
    • Act as the primary liaison and support resource for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
    • Ensure developed governance and approved processes are communicated and adhered to.
    • Champion ERG initiatives to help drive growth, impact and reach .
    • Manage the budget administration, internal communications, and provide general administrative support by interfacing with procurement and finance on their behalf.
    • Project manage, communicate, and deploy initiatives within the C&E portfolio to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
    • Quarterly KPI reporting, action planning and results tracking and reporting, coordinated communications with HR communications colleagues.
    • Support the deployment, analysis, and action-planning phases of various employee feedback and listening tools to drive continuous workplace improvement.
    • Collaborate with local site representatives to design and execute tailored engagement initiatives at both the site and regional levels. Leverage data analytics to identify needs, determine impact and drive process improvements.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related major

    5+ years of progressive experience in a HR related field with a passion for DEI.

    Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders.

    A demonstrated ability to problem solve and to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.

    HRBP experience preferred.

    Experience in Aerospace preferred.

    Experience working in a multi-functional international environment preferred.

    SHRM CP or PHR preferred.

    Proficient with office productivity software.

    Google Workspace preferred.

    5% domestic travel
