Familiarity with playbook software, video analysis tools, and strength training systems is common in this role. Standout soft skills include teamwork, discipline, coachability, and strong communication on and off the field. These abilities are crucial for effectively stopping the opposing offense, adapting to dynamic plays, and contributing to overall team success.
