Job description

Core4ce is seeking a highly experienced Senior Analytic Methodologist (Strategy Synchronizing) to support U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) in the development, synchronization, and maturation of analytic strategies across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in analytic methodology development, intelligence strategy, and enterprise integration, with the ability to translate ambiguous mission requirements into structured analytic approaches that support senior decision-making. This position requires a strong understanding of Defense Intelligence Enterprise frameworks, cyber intelligence integration, and the coordination of intelligence processes across strategic, operational, and tactical levels.

Responsibilities:

  • ย  ย  ย Support development of analytic strategies to resolve Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) key intelligence mission-driven requirements
  • ย  ย  ย Work with ambiguous information to deconstruct key intelligence questions and recommend appropriate analytic methodologies
  • ย  ย  ย Develop data schemas to structure observations and support visualization of applicable data
  • ย  ย  ย Provide support in developing the intelligence support framework for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise for Cyber (DIE-C)
  • ย  ย  ย Shape and promote J2 synchronization and integration across strategic, operational, and tactical levels
  • ย  ย  ย Plan, guide, coordinate, and support execution of the long-term growth strategy for DIE-
  • ย  ย  ย Identify, coordinate, and deconflict processes to support the maturation of DIE-Cย  ย  ย  Support all Foreign Materiel acquisition, exploitation, and programs
  • ย  ย  ย Collaborate with IC counterparts and USCYBERCOM staff to advance analytic methodology across the enterprise
  • ย  ย  ย Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives
  • ย  ย  ย Produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, strategy products, and briefing materials for senior leadership
  • ย  ย  ย Provide methodological guidance to analytic teams and stakeholders to improve enterprise analytic rigor and consistency

Requirements:

  • ย  ย  ย  Master's degree in a related field, or Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)
  • ย  ย  ย  12+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
  • ย  ย  ย  Active TS/SCI clearance with current Counterintelligence (CI) Scope polygraph
  • ย  ย  ย  U.S. citizenship required
  • ย  ย  ย  Working knowledge of analytic methodology development, DIE frameworks, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
  • ย  ย  ย  Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and strategy documents in Microsoft Office formats
  • ย  ย  ย  Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information using structured analytic techniques
  • ย  ย  ย  Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across disciplines
  • ย  ย  ย  Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex methodological concepts to senior leadership
  • ย  ย  ย  Demonstrated experience supporting intelligence strategy, enterprise synchronization, or analytic framework development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ย  ย  ย Background in analytic methodology development, structured analytic techniques, or intelligence strategy
  • ย  ย  ย Experience with Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) frameworks and synchronization processes
  • ย  ย  ย Familiarity with Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME) programs and acquisition processes
  • ย  ย  ย Experience with Intellipedia, Palantir, or other IC analytic platforms
  • ย  ย  ย Knowledge of DIE-Cyber (DIE-C) maturation processes and cyber intelligence integration
  • ย  ย  ย Demonstrated experience in Foreign Materiel acquisition or exploitation
  • ย  ย  ย Experience supporting USCYBERCOM, DIA, NSA, or other Intelligence Community elements
  • ย  ย  ย Graduate-level education in intelligence studies, national security, strategic studies, or a related discipline
